
One-to-One Sessions: Personalized support tailored to your emotional and mental needs.
Reiki – An energy balancing session on a table that is used to help blocks within the body.
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) - A tapping technique used to reduce anxiety and emotional blockages.
Journaling - Putting pen to paper prompts us to explore and release inner thoughts and emotions.
Breathing/Visualizations - Helps to calm the mind, promote peace, ground into the present and "see" healing outcomes.
Healing Circle - Connect with others in a supportive and safe space (6 people max.), sharing your experiences and taking in healing energy. EFT and meditation will be used.
All sessions are 1 1/2 hours.
What is the difference between our services and typical counselling?
Our approach is based on a spiritual concept. We would work together to focus on a specific issue, identifying and releasing any blocks that are preventing health and happiness. The goal is to achieve quick results, after which the client can continue their personal work. Clients are welcome to return for follow-up sessions as needed, rather than committing to a regular schedule or relying solely on sessions to maintain their mental and emotional balance.
